1.Agreement Terms
WEG Co., ltd. invites you to participate in online game services on the internet and mobile devices (referred to as "Services"), provided that you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in the WEG Co., ltd. Service Agreement (referred to as the "Service Agreement"). To confirm your agreement, you must click the "Agree" button at the end of the account registration process after reading and understanding the terms of the Service Agreement.
Before using the Services, users should carefully read and agree to all the terms in the Service Agreement to understand their rights and obligations while using the Services. Once the Service is used, it signifies that the user voluntarily agrees to all provisions of the Service Agreement.
The Service Agreement includes the entire agreement between WEG Co., ltd. and the user. WEG Co., ltd. will not replace any other additional terms provided to the user by the Service Agreement, which apply to the use of third-party content or services. WEG Co., ltd. reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time, and any changes will be published on WEG Co., ltd.'s official website and will take effect immediately. Users can regularly visit the service or website to check for any modifications. If users do not accept any changes, they can choose to terminate the Service Agreement. Continued use of the Service after the modification is published will be deemed as the user’s acceptance of all modifications.
2.Definitions
Within the scope of these terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following capitalized terms are defined as follows:
2.1 "Game" or "Product": Refers to the online electronic game.
2.2 "Game Homepage": Refers to the website URL http://www.wegtec.com/.
2.3 "Game Rules": Refers to the terms and conditions listed in this User Agreement, and/or notifications or messages published by WEG Co., ltd. within the game, and/or content provided on the Game Homepage.
2.4 "Data": Refers to the content/information recorded by the game server during your participation or use of the product.
2.5 "Personal Information": Refers to information that can identify a specific individual, as further described in Section 4 of this User Agreement.
3. Account and Login
3.1 Creating and using a linked account to log into the game must comply with the terms of use of the service provider that created the linked account, and you assume responsibility for using the linked account to log into the game.
3.2 To protect your legitimate rights and interests, WEG Co., ltd. recommends that you only use the linked accounts that we accept for logging in. If you do not comply with the login account regulations in these terms, WEG Co., ltd. will not be able to accept and resolve any complaints you may have.
4. Collection, Use, and Protection of Customer Information
4.1 According to applicable laws and regulations, and to better support you in handling issues related to your account, you must provide the following complete information when you first log into the game:
(a) Name;
(b) Date of birth, month, year;
(c) Permanent address;
(d) ID card number or passport number, issuance date, place of issuance;
(e) Phone number, email address (if available).
4.2 If you fail to provide or provide incorrect or incomplete information, WEG Co., ltd. reserves the right to:
(i) Refuse to provide services to you;
(ii) Stop providing game services or restrict or prohibit the use of some or all account features, delete the account and game data, remove all related information, and lock the game account; and/or
(iii) Refuse to accept or process complaints related to the game and/or your account.
4.3 WEG Co., ltd. will take necessary measures to protect your personal information and data; however, in certain necessary circumstances, according to legal requirements or at the request of the relevant government authorities or courts, WEG Co., ltd. may disclose your personal information to these entities.
4.4 Your account name and character name in the game must comply with the following naming principles:
Do not use names related to or that might make others associate with great figures, government leaders, historical heroes, or similar characters;
Do not use names related to reactionary events, religious exclusion, pornography, advertisements, or content that violates traditional morals and culture;
Do not use offensive or provocative names;
Do not use names that damage the game or WEG Co., ltd.'s reputation;
Do not use names that may mislead others into thinking that the character or group owner is related to WEG Co., ltd. or WEG Co., ltd. itself;
Do not use names that imply or contain suggestive content, especially those related to private body parts.
4.5 You understand and agree that WEG Co., ltd. and/or third parties cooperating with WEG Co., ltd. may send you advertising or game activity information based on the information you provide, through SMS, phone calls, emails (if available), or other acceptable methods. In such cases, third parties cooperating with WEG Co., ltd. (if applicable) also have the responsibility to protect your personal information just as WEG Co., ltd. does.
4.6 You understand and agree that to avoid account loss or unauthorized interference (such as hacking), you should not disclose your account information and password to any third party (whether intentionally or unintentionally), even if they are your friends or family. You should also take reasonable measures to protect the security of your account. In any case, if you discover or suspect that your account has been logged into by an unauthorized third party, you can (i) immediately change your password and/or (ii) notify WEG Co., ltd. and take necessary measures to temporarily lock the account according to WEG Co., ltd.'s customer complaint process to minimize potential damage.
4.7 You understand and agree that, to enhance the security of services, WEG Co., ltd. has the right to use one or more technologies or software applications either within or outside the game to ensure security. However, these measures do not guarantee that your account will not be lost or hacked, and WEG Co., ltd. does not bear responsibility for such situations.
4.8 You understand and agree that, to improve the efficiency of system resource usage, if you do not log into or use your game account for six (6) months, WEG Co., ltd. has the right (but not the obligation) to delete your game account and all associated data.
4.9 To better serve you, you hereby agree and irrevocably authorize WEG Co., ltd. to collect relevant information about your device and/or the applications on your device through the game, including sending software or applications to your device to collect technical information contained within. WEG Co., ltd. will protect the security of this information in accordance with WEG Co., ltd.'s privacy policy.
5. Game Services
5.1 By agreeing to and complying with relevant laws and game regulations, WEG Co., ltd. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercializable right to use the game services and features for personal use.
5.2 In addition to the usage rights granted in Section 5.1, WEG Co., ltd. reserves all intellectual property rights to the game's trademarks, source code, product images, features, music, and other rights related to the game. You may not perform any actions beyond the rights described in Section 5.1 unless you have received prior written consent from WEG Co., ltd.
5.3 You understand and agree:
(a) To better serve customers, WEG Co., ltd. has the right to update, supplement, modify, delete, or remove certain features, interfaces, and functionalities in the game during the operation and provision of the product, without prior notice. If you continue to use the game, it will be deemed that you have agreed to all such changes. If you disagree, you should immediately stop using the game, not log in again, and completely uninstall the game from your device. In this case, WEG Co., ltd. is not responsible for your account or game data.
(b) To ensure the game’s speed and your experience, WEG Co., ltd. has the right to periodically or at any reasonable time delete old data stored on the game server.
(c) WEG Co., ltd. will take necessary technical measures to help you achieve the best experience; however, in certain unforeseen circumstances, the game may (i) interrupt services, (ii) have bugs, (iii) lose or duplicate certain game information, features, and/or your account information. In such cases, WEG Co., ltd. will take all necessary steps to repair the issue within a reasonable scope, and you agree to release WEG Co., ltd. from all related liabilities.
(d) All technical information, feature information, formulas, technical solutions, and other materials in the game are confidential. Therefore, WEG Co., ltd. has no obligation to provide such information to you in any form.
(e) To provide the best possible game services and continuous improvements, WEG Co., ltd. has the right to adjust, update, or optimize settings or features related to virtual units, virtual items, reward points, etc., without prior notice or your consent, and you cannot hold WEG Co., ltd. liable for any such changes.
(f) The game is provided for entertainment purposes to give you an experience within the game. According to relevant laws, all virtual items, virtual units, reward points, and points in the game are not considered property and cannot be exchanged for cash, payment cards, vouchers, or other externally tradable items. Therefore, if your game account is deleted and/or the game is suspended or completely terminated (for any reason), all virtual units, virtual items, reward points, and points will lose their value and be deleted after completing legal procedures. WEG Co., ltd. is not responsible for returning any cash or physical goods. However, WEG Co., ltd. will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance and offer a plan to protect your interests and comply with relevant laws.
(g) Promotional activities and events in the game will only be officially announced on the game homepage and/or in-game system announcements. Therefore, advertisements, promotions, or invitations from unofficial channels may be fraudulent attempts to steal your account. WEG Co., ltd. is not responsible for such situations.
(h) WEG Co., ltd. only accepts payments through WEG Co., ltd.'s payment channels or those provided by WEG Co., ltd.'s partners, which will be published in the game or on the game homepage. If you use other payment channels, WEG Co., ltd. will not be responsible for any issues. However, in any case, if you successfully pay and WEG Co., ltd. records the corresponding exchange units in your game account, but later, due to a request for a refund from the payment service provider or intermediary (due to the cardholder's request or complaint), WEG Co., ltd. must comply with the refund request according to relevant regulations, deducting the corresponding amount from your account, and withdrawing any other benefits you gained from the payment. If the deducted amount is insufficient (because you have used it), WEG Co., ltd. has the right to deduct the amount in future transactions and/or reclaim any virtual items you obtained using that amount. Additionally, depending on the circumstances, your account may be permanently banned due to such actions.
6. Violation of Rules and Disciplinary Actions
6.1 To comply with game regulations, you must not engage in the following behaviors:
(a) Using the game to engage in any of the following actions:
(i) Endangering national security, public order, and safety, disrupting national unity, promoting war or terrorism, inciting hatred or conflict between ethnic, racial, or religious groups;
(ii) Promoting or inciting violence, pornography, decadence, crime, social vices, superstition, or undermining national traditions;
(iii) Disclosing state secrets, military secrets, security, economic, diplomatic, or other legally protected secrets;
(iv) Spreading distorted, defamatory, or insulting information about organizations or individuals;
(v) Advertising, promoting, or trading illegal goods or services, particularly prohibited items, or spreading banned news, literature, or publications;
(vi) Forging organizations or individuals, spreading false or misleading information, infringing upon legitimate rights.
(b) Behaviors that infringe upon WEG Co., ltd. and the developers' intellectual property rights:
(i) Deleting copyright or intellectual property-related information in the product;
(ii) Modifying, reverse-engineering, or re-editing the product's code, or attempting to discover the product's source code in any other way;
(iii) Scanning, testing, or checking for product vulnerabilities or weaknesses for illegal purposes;
(iv) Copying, modifying, adding, deleting, or altering the product's functions, interfering with the game's data processing, or connecting third-party tools without WEG Co., ltd.'s written consent;
(v) Unauthorized use, rental, borrowing, copying, modifying, publishing, or creating websites or mini-sites related to the product;
(vi) Creating websites or mini-sites related to or identical to the product.
(c) Behaviors related to game operation or usage:
(i) Unauthorized use of another person’s account or password;
(ii) Trading virtual items, props, points, or accounts for money or physical goods between players;
(iii) Disrupting the fairness of the game by exploiting bugs, using third-party software, or devices;
(iv) Speculating or illegally using virtual items;
(v) Gaining illegal benefits in ways that do not comply with the game rules;
(vi) Publishing political, religious, or ethnic views in the game;
(vii) Using offensive language or insulting others;
(viii) Engaging in fraud, inducement, or deception of other players;
(ix) Impersonating other players or individuals;
(x) Impersonating WEG Co., ltd. employees or collaborators;
(xi) Damaging the game or WEG Co., ltd. brand reputation;
(xii) Disrupting the business order of WEG Co., ltd. or its affiliates;
(xiii) Infringing upon the physical, reputational, or safety rights of WEG Co., ltd. employees;
(xiv) Other behaviors violating laws, customs, or online entertainment industry ethics.
6.2 For violations of the game rules, WEG Co., ltd. has the right to take the following actions based on the severity of the violation:
(a) Reminder: For first-time violations with minor impact;
(b) Warning: For violations that have been reminded but not corrected, or repeated violations;
(c) Deduction or deletion of virtual items: For repeated or serious violations;
(d) Temporary account suspension: Based on the nature of the violation, with a specific duration;
(e) Permanent account suspension: For serious or repeated violations;
(f) Referral to government authorities: For criminal behavior, handling or prosecution.
In special circumstances, WEG Co., ltd. may take multiple measures simultaneously to maintain a fair game environment.
6.3 If WEG Co., ltd. discovers or receives reports about your violations, WEG Co., ltd. has the right to take action according to game rules and may publicly announce the results of the disciplinary actions on the game homepage or other channels to notify other players.
7. Appeals and Reporting Related to the Game
7.1 Any complaints, reports, or feedback related to the game must be submitted through the following channels for WEG Co., ltd. to accept and respond to:
(i) Online customer service channel (http://www.wegtec.com/);
(ii) Email: cs@wegtec.com.
All processing will be conducted according to WEG Co., ltd.'s customer service and response procedures upon receiving the complaint.
7.2 To submit a complaint, report, or feedback related to the game, your account must complete identity verification to allow WEG Co., ltd. to process and contact you. If your account has not completed identity verification, or if WEG Co., ltd. reasonably suspects that the information you provided is inaccurate, WEG Co., ltd. reserves the right to refuse to process your complaint or report until you provide complete and accurate information.
7.3 You agree that any responses to your complaints or reports via the online customer service channel from WEG Co., ltd. will be considered the final and official decision in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Act of 2005.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 The game and related materials are the intellectual property of WEG Co., ltd. and the game developers. Therefore, when WEG Co., ltd. grants you the right to use the game services as per Clause 5.1, you are only allowed to download the product installation package to your device, install, and use it, and may not modify the product's status in any way.
8.2 All data generated during your use of the game is the exclusive property of WEG Co., ltd. As such, WEG Co., ltd. holds full rights to store, use, and process this data.
9. Compliance with Laws
9.1 You fully understand and agree that you will:
(i) Comply fully with the laws related to the game;
(ii) Comply fully with the laws of the country/region where you use or access the game, or the laws of the country of your nationality; and
(iii) Be responsible for any consequences resulting from non-compliance with relevant laws, ensuring that WEG Co., ltd. will not bear any related responsibility.
9.2 If WEG Co., ltd. receives any complaints, notifications, or requests about your non-compliance with the above provisions, or if WEG Co., ltd. reasonably suspects that you have not met the requirements based on the information available, WEG Co., ltd. has the right to:
(i) Immediately stop providing you with game services without prior notice or any liability to you; and/or
(ii) Block access from countries where the use of the game is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
All matters related to these Terms of Use and their interpretation are governed by the relevant laws.
11. Modification and Effectiveness of Terms
11.1 These Terms of Use are effective from August 20, 2024, until replaced or canceled by a subsequent document, and they replace all previous Terms of Use related to the game.
11.2 You agree that WEG Co., ltd. has the right to modify or supplement all or part of these Terms of Use without obtaining your prior consent. If you disagree with the changes or supplements, you have the right to stop using the game before they take effect; if you continue to use the game, it indicates your agreement to all modifications or additions.
11.3 In case of any conflict between these Terms of Use and the associated account use agreement, these Terms of Use shall prevail.
11.4 In case of any conflict between these Terms of Use and official notices from WEG Co., ltd., the official notice shall prevail.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1 If any provision of these Terms of Use is ruled invalid by a court, the invalid provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, and the other provisions will still be binding on you and WEG Co., ltd.
12.2 If WEG Co., ltd. does not exercise or delays the exercise of any rights or measures under these Terms of Use or the game rules, this should not be interpreted as a waiver of such rights or measures; at the same time, the exercise of any rights, in whole or in part, does not exclude the enforcement of other rights, powers, or measures under these Terms of Use.
